Enamel Individual Pot by Noda Horo

Noda Horo is Japan's most famous horo company, established in 1934. They made this unique pot perfect for individual use. You can cook, serve, and store hot pot dishes in this one pot.

Cooking noodle soup is my favorite way to use this pot. It retains the heat so well that you can enjoy hot soup until you finish it.

However, please keep in mind a few things when you use a horo pot. Please do not cook without any water in the pot. When you cook, handle with care the hot pot, as it can get very hot. You can use the pot on gas stoves, IH heaters (IH100V & 200V), and in the oven, but do not use it in a microwave. Please do not use a steal sponge to clean the pot but a soft sponge to protect the material. Please do not fill more than 70% of the pot otherwise, it can boil over.

一人分の食事作りって、ついつい楽したくなりませんか？そんな時に便利なのが、この琺瑯鍋。ちょうど1〜2人分のサイズで、お鍋を作ったらそのままテーブルに出せますし、残ったらそのまま冷蔵庫に入れて保存できます。（ただし調理直後は熱くなるので取り扱いに十分ご注意を。）

一番おすすめの使い方は、ラーメンやうどん。お鍋から丼ぶりに移さなくてもそのまま出せるので、洗い物が減らせて楽ちん。さらにあたたかさも持続するので、おいしさが長続きします。琺瑯は色も匂いもつきにくいので、激辛ラーメンやカレーも安心！IHにも対応しています。

空焚きはもちろん、フライパンではないので、炒め物もお控えください。定評のある野田琺瑯の製品なので、大切に扱えばとても長持ちします！

注意事項：調理後は大変熱くなりますので、火傷には十分ご注意ください。空焚きは絶対にしないでください。空焚きをしてしまった時は、水などをかけずに自然に冷めるのを待ってください。金属製のたわしや、研磨剤などのご使用は、表面を傷つけますのでご使用にならないでください。煮こぼれしないように、満水容量の7割以下でご使用ください。
