Silk Leg Warmers

Do you have trouble falling asleep because your feet get cold at night? I do. Even if I put socks on when I go to bed, they often come off while I am sleeping. Then I wake up in the morning feeling cold again... I can't go to bed without these leg warmers!

They are made by Nakamura Chuzaburo Shoten in Kyoto, Japan. They've been specializing in silk products since 1897! The leg warmers are double-layered with 100% silk on the inside and 100% cotton on the outside. Silk is gentle on the skin, and cotton is durable. I have tried various leg warmers, but these double-layered leg warmers are the warmest!

They will help you in the office or in the kitchen, not just in bed. I like to wear them on my stockings when I go out, because they look very fashionable.

絹糸屋さんの『早く寝たい夜に。』シルクレッグウォーマー

寝る時に足が冷えてなかなか寝つけないこと、ありませんか？私はひどい冷え性で、布団に入ってもなかなか足が温まらず、いつも困ります。寝る時に靴下を履いて寝ても、寝ている間に脱げてしまったりして、朝方寒さでまた目覚めることも。。そこで大活躍しているのがこのシルクのレッグウォーマーです。

手がけるのは、明治30年に京都で蚕糸問屋として創業した、『中村忠三郎商店』。内側はシルク100％、外側はコットン100％の二重構造になっていて、内側が絹なので、敏感肌でも安心。絹は肌に優しいだけでなく、保湿性・吸湿性・放温性に優れているので、寝ている時も蒸れにくくなっています。外側は綿で履きやすく、締めつけ感もありません。何より二重構造なので、あったかい！今までいろいろなレッグウォーマーを試してきましたが、このレッグウォーマーが一番です。

寝る時はもちろん、オフィスワークやキッチンでの立ち仕事で足が冷える時にもおすすめ。長めで、ルーズソックスのようにくしゅくしゅっとするとファッションにもなるので、私はお出かけにも愛用しています！
